Beef from Two Mile Ash Farm

Beef from cattle bred and reared at Two Mile Ash Farm.

The cattle are bred out of the suckler herd and the calves are weaned at 9 months of age. Then housed during the winter months and turned out onto grass leys in spring. Our cattle are grown slowly and usually finished at about 24 months.

The boxed beef is supplied with a range of cuts butchered, packed and labelled ready for cooking or freezing.

The boxes will contain:

  • 1 Top rump
  • 1 Silverside
  • 1 Best corner cut
  • 1 Single rib of beef
  • 4 Sirloin steaks
  • 1/1.5 lbs of Rump
  • 2 Fillet steaks
  • 5/8 lbs of Mince
  • 3 lbs of Stewing/can be Minced
  • 4 lbs of Brazing
  •  1 Joint of Brisket

The boxes will vary in weight between 10 and 14kg  and is priced at £10.50 per kg

Example:  10kg box will be £105.00
